Expect grounded, sensual movement that feels both empowering and accessible, with choreography designed to highlight your curves, your control, and your confidence. This is a safe, supportive space to reconnect with your femininity and fully embody your sensual energy.

Your ticket gives you access to sensual‑movement techniques that teach you how to flirt through your steps and embody a more seductive presence. You’ll also learn 1 minute of original choreography designed to help you move with confidence, fluidity, and control. Heels are suggested, but not required. Knee pads will be helpful.
