We Are Back!!!

After being off since mid December Soca Mi Shirt is back! Class will resume on Sundays at a NEW time; 1:30-2:30pm. There is cost went up to reflect the awesome workout you will mash up(destroy) to $10. The location is the same 828 Lane Allen Rd. Lexington, Ky. but under a new name. It is now Maxima Nutrition(formally Social Nutrition). See you soon at the fete(party) that leaves your shirt soakin' wet!
